Our gift tiers are cumulative. Each higher tier builds on the previous ones, so your total gift value grows with your order.

Every order starts with Tier 0, and higher tiers unlock additional gifts.

You can even tell us which wrapping paper colours or styles you'd prefer to avoid.

We'd much rather choose something you'll genuinely enjoy.

Spotted a particular gift you love? You can also send us a photo through our website chat.

We regularly update our collection, so we recommend sharing your preferred colours or gift types rather than requesting only one specific item.

We'll do our best to match your preferences, subject to availability.

05. Prefer Fewer Gifts? ♡

For larger orders, you might prefer one special gift rather than lots of smaller ones.

We're happy to consider alternative arrangements!

Where possible, we may combine several smaller gifts into a higher-tier gift of comparable value, or include surprise jewellery pieces selected by our team instead.

We'll aim to keep the overall complimentary gift value comparable to your order's entitlement.

We love sharing our real order-packing moments on social media!

If you'd like us to film your order, simply leave a request in your cart before checkout.

We generally prioritise larger orders, but we're also happy to film smaller orders whenever time allows.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

If you request a packing video, dispatch may take up to 4 working days, depending on our order volume and the size of your order.
