1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our studio in China, with worldwide delivery available.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard Orders
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1β2 working days.
Packing Video Requests
If you request a packing video, dispatch may take approximately 4 working days. Depending on our workload and order size, your order may be dispatched sooner or take longer.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within approximately 5β10 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, how remote the delivery address is, weather conditions and other factors affecting shipping.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
3. Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. All our prices include customs duties β you wonβt be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $79 USD and above enjoy free worldwide shipping.
For orders below $79 USD, a flat rate of $10 USD will apply.
5. What gifts are included with each order?
Every order includes complimentary packaging and small gifts matched to your purchase tier.

6. Are your rings adjustable?
Yes. Most of our rings are open and adjustable, allowing for a comfortable fit across different sizes.
7. Can I customize my bracelet size?
Absolutely. You can leave your wrist measurement at checkout, and weβll tailor your bracelet for a perfect fit.
8. What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pruewhite.jewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Weβll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14Β days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
