1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our studio in China, with worldwide delivery available.
2. How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 48 hours after receiving your order (except during Chinese New Year holidays).
Delivery time is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.
3. Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. All our prices include customs duties — you won’t be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $79 USD and above enjoy free worldwide shipping.
For orders below $79 USD, a flat rate of $10 USD will apply.
5. What gifts are included with each order?
Every order includes complimentary packaging and small gifts matched to your purchase tier.

6. Are your rings adjustable?
Yes. Most of our rings are open and adjustable, allowing for a comfortable fit across different sizes.
7. Can I customize my bracelet size?
Absolutely. You can leave your wrist measurement at checkout, and we’ll tailor your bracelet for a perfect fit.
8. What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pruewhite.jewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
