Refund policy

At Prue White, every piece is carefully packed and sent with love.
We hope you’ll cherish your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it.
If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
All accessories and gift items included in the original order must also be returned.

Please note:
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned.


2. How to Return

To request a return, please email us at pruewhite.jewelry@gmail.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

If the return is caused by the consumer (such as a change of mind or wrong purchase), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

If the return is due to our reasons — for example, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect — the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.


3. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.


6. Gift Orders

Items marked as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
If you received a Prue White item as a gift, we’re happy to offer store credit upon request.

8. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at pruewhite.jewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Please note:

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are also exempt.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
